1. Custom Orders  
All products are made to order. Please review your design details carefully before submitting. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

2. Color Disclaimer  
Due to differences in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that colors viewed online will exactly match the final product.

3. No Samples Provided  
We do not offer product samples. For questions about materials, colors, or design options, please contact our Creative Team before placing your order.

4. Payment & Processing  
Full payment is required at the time of order. Processing times vary based on product type and order volume. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping & Delivery  
Bizzy Bee Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds  
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property  
By submitting custom designs, you confirm you have the rights to use any logos, images, or text provided. Bizzy Bee Customs is not liable for copyright infringement.
